Bright and Shine
The day starts bright and early with boarding students getting up at 7:00 am for breakfast and day students arriving on campus before 8:00 am, both eager to begin their day of learning.
Engaging Lessons
The first lesson of the day begins promptly at 8:20 am and there are four lessons in the morning with the last one finishing at 12:50 pm. Our highly qualified and experienced teachers provide engaging and dynamic lessons that challenge and inspire our students. They use a range of teaching methods and techniques to cater to the diverse learning styles and abilities of our students, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to succeed.

Sports Lessons: Faster, Higher, Stronger – Together

Sports include Physical Education and Sports Science, the first one is for all year groups to enjoy whereas the latter one is more theory-based for senior students. Sports encourage collaboration, and that does not mean only cooperation and teamwork in a football game, but also the interconnectedness of the human body, like how muscles and body parts collaborate to create movement.
Breaktime Snacks & Lunch
Students enjoy a 30-minute break for snacks from 10:20 to 10:50 am to recharge before resuming their studies. Lunchtime is scheduled from 12:50 to 1:40 pm, allowing students to take a well-deserved break and refuel for the rest of the day.
To provide a healthy, nutritious and balanced meal for our students, LEH Foshan partners with Compass, the world's leading catering group, to make sure they have the nutrients and energy to perform at their very best.

At our school, we instil a strong sense of commitment in our students by providing a comprehensive education that encompasses all aspects of their lives. Our Personal, Social, Health and Economic (PSHE) education lessons are designed to help students develop social and emotional intelligence, make informed decisions for their future and build practical skills that will benefit them in adulthood. Our PSHE curriculum includes activities such as group projects, workshops, and experiments like the popular Egg Baby experiment, which fosters a sense of commitment to teamwork and responsibility.
Furthermore, when it's time to consider university, our expert team led by the Head of Sixth Form will offer students comprehensive guidance and resources to make this important decision.

Various Extra-Curricular Activities
Every school day from 4:00 to 6:00 pm, students enjoy two one-hour long Extra-Curricular Activities (ECAs). Students are encouraged to choose a wide range of activities from Art (such as ceramics, print and textiles), Drama (LAMDA), Music (such as choir, individual instrument lessons and ensembles), Sports (such as Football, Basketball, Swimming, Water Polo) in addition to membership of clubs and societies, for example Model United Nations, Debate, Public Speaking and School Newspaper. These activities provide an excellent opportunity for students to nurture their curiosity and enhance their skills.
After completing two ECAs, day students leave school at 6:00 pm while boarders can continue to partake in the evening activities within the boarding house.

Authentic British Boarding Experience
LEH Foshan is more than just a school; it's a home away from home for our boarding students. Following a day of lessons and activities, students can take a break, unwind, and reflect. Dinner is served at 6:00 pm, and from 7:00 to 9:00 pm, subject specialists are available during the Evening School session to provide assistance with homework. Once the session concludes at 9:00 pm, students are welcome to socialise, play board games, and relax in the common area of the boarding house. There are also a range of activities that take place in the evenings and on weekends.
Our boarding programme offers a safe and nurturing environment with the support from our caring Boarding staff and facilitated by modern and comfortable boarding facilities. Living on campus allows students to learn valuable life skills such as time management, self-discipline, and responsibility and help them grow into independent, confident and future-ready young adults.
