We’re seeing growth every day. Of course, they’re building skills in singing, acting, and dance, but more importantly, I hope they leave with greater confidence, a lasting appreciation for the arts, and the knowledge of what they can achieve together. The teamwork has been incredible, from experienced performers mentoring newcomers to backstage crews solving problems as one team.
