The LEH Foshan campus, designed by renowned architects Scott Brownrigg, earned the prestigious Sustainable School Design Award at the British Schools Awards. Our four dedicated art studios provide inspiring spaces for creativity and exploration. Each studio is tailored to specific artistic disciplines, including drawing, ceramics, painting, printing, and textiles. Equipped with state-of-the-art resources such as a kiln and a hot print machine, the studios empower students to bring their artistic visions to life in a supportive and well-equipped environment.

Science Labs

LEH Foshan boasts six fully equipped science laboratories dedicated to physics, chemistry, and biology. Designed to UK education standards, these labs feature advanced safety measures, including fume cupboards, eyewash stations, and gas supply controls, ensuring a secure environment for hands-on experiments. With piped-in gas and an extensive selection of chemicals securely stored under the supervision of a qualified technician, we ensure safety is paramount. Hazardous materials are double-locked in an inner storage room monitored by a bomb-proof camera, providing additional security and peace of mind.

DT Studios

Our four spacious Design & Technology studios include a workshop, stationary machine room, drawing room, and project room, each equipped with tools for working with resistant materials, electronics, and design. With ample room for teamwork and innovation, these studios provide an ideal setting for students to develop practical skills and bring their imaginative projects to life.

Esports Room

Our Esports Room replicates the feel of a professional esports arena, offering top-tier facilities and atmosphere to enhance the gaming and learning experience. Equipped with high-performance computers, Xbox consoles, ergonomic seating, and a comfortable space for group discussions and collaboration, this dedicated space allows students to develop teamwork, strategic thinking, and digital skills in a dynamic and engaging environment.

Performing Arts

We provide exceptional facilities for music and drama, including soundproof practice rooms and spacious rehearsal spaces. These dedicated areas inspire creativity and nurture students’ performing arts talents.

The Hanbury Theatre

The Hanbury Theatre, a contemporary black-box performance space, offers students a platform to explore their creativity and showcase their talents in drama, music, and other performing arts. Purpose-built spaces for the creative arts further enrich students’ opportunities for expression and innovation.

Music Rooms

Our music facilities include dedicated classrooms for keyboard, drums, and music theory, alongside 17 soundproof practice rooms. These practice spaces are ideal for solo performers, chamber ensembles, or choir rehearsals. Equipped with a wide array of instruments, including pianos, keyboards, drums, guitars, and violins, our music rooms provide the perfect environment for students to explore and hone their musical talents.

Drama Rooms

Our two spacious drama rooms are purpose-built for teaching, acting, and rehearsals. Featuring soundproof walls, carpeted floors, and flexible layouts, these rooms create an ideal space for students to engage in drama activities, develop their performance skills, and explore their creativity on stage.

Exceptional Sports Facilities

From expansive grass sports fields and a 400m athletics track to a multipurpose sports hall and a heated 25m, 6-lane swimming pool, our sports facilities cater to students of all abilities. These spaces are designed to encourage physical activity, teamwork, and the pursuit of excellence, helping students build confidence and resilience.

Spaces for Young Learners

Prep students (aged 6-10) enjoy age-appropriate facilities thoughtfully designed to meet their developmental needs. These include dedicated classrooms, a colourful outdoor playground for active play, a dedicated Prep Music room, a Prep Art studio and an outdoor classroom that encourages hands-on, experiential learning. These spaces ensure a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment, fostering curiosity, creativity, and confidence in our youngest learners.

Holles Gallery: Inspiring Creativity and Connection

The newly opened Holles Gallery is a vibrant space dedicated to celebrating art and design. Showcasing works by students, teachers, and local and international artists, the gallery enriches students’ learning experiences and fosters artistic dialogue. By opening its doors to the local community, the Holles Gallery promotes interaction and engagement, creating a shared space where creativity and inspiration come to life.

Boarding: Home Away from Home

Boarding and academic accommodation are separated to promote exercise and help students maintain the balance between work, rest and play necessary for their emotional development, health and wellbeing. Boarding is open to all students aged 6 to 18, with dedicated blocks tailored to meet the unique needs of each age group. Our Prep Block, Secondary Block, and Sixth Form Block offer customised facilities and personalised support, creating a safe and nurturing environment for every stage of a student’s journey.

Boarding Rooms

At LEH Foshan, our boarding rooms are thoughtfully designed to provide comfort, privacy, and functionality for students of all ages. Prep School students enjoy quadruple rooms with ground-level beds and accessible storage, ensuring a safe and vibrant environment for rest and play. In the Secondary Boarding House, rooms progress from quadruple cabins with built-in desks for Years 7–9 to double rooms with dedicated study areas for senior students in Years 10–13. Each room is equipped with en-suite bathrooms to support convenience and independence.

Common Areas

Our spacious common areas are designed for relaxation, socialising, and fun. Prep School boarders have access to a vibrant social room featuring games, activities, and a Wellbeing Room for emotional support. Secondary students enjoy social rooms with entertainment options, kitchenettes for shared use, and dedicated study spaces tailored to their academic needs. Regular events like movie nights, karaoke, and celebrations further enhance the sense of community.

Sixth Form Centre: A Space for Excellence and Growth

The Sixth Form Centre at LEH Foshan is a purpose-built hub designed exclusively for our Year 12–13 students, offering the ideal environment to support them through the critical final stages of their school journey.
